By accessing or using the PRK DESIGN website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

PRK DESIGN provides creative, technology and marketing services including web development, branding, design, SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing and automation. Service scope, timelines and fees are defined in individual proposals or statements of work.

2. Proposals and fees

  • All quotes are based on the information provided.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.
  • Payment terms and milestones are specified in each proposal or invoice.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, content and approvals.
  • Ensure you have the rights to all materials you provide (logos, images, copy, data).
  • Keep all login credentials and access we share with you secure.

4. Intellectual property

  • Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are assigned to you, except for third-party assets and internal tools or frameworks we use.
  • PRK DESIGN may showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Timelines & revisions

We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. Delays in client feedback, approvals or content may affect delivery dates. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions may be billed separately.

6. Limitation of liability

PRK DESIGN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-party tools and platforms

We may use third-party tools (hosting, CMS, analytics, ad platforms, email tools). You agree to their respective terms and acknowledge we are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You will be responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
